If you are running courseware through LearnDash plugin, here is a custom plugin that will let you import questions / quizzes directly from Excel spreadsheet to LearnDash . Following is the possibility

1. Different types of quizzes - Single correct answer, Multiple correct answer MCQs, Fill the Gap type quiz,Matrix sort type quiz,sort type 
2. Text questions, five options MCQs
3. You can import images & video  for questions and options.
4. You can import questions of different types in one quiz- so a quiz can have single answer type , multiple answer type and fill up together
5. Custom score

panin_s:I only got a chance to test the 'Single choice question type' template, and it worked well. Can use the GSheet to fill the template and export it as XLSX. You'll get only 'one' API code for your domain. In case you need more for testing or migrating, you'll have to get back to developer. The developer's response was fine, not super fast nor slow.

davidkeil:The seller was really responsive. For some reason, the Fiverr system charged me twice/created the same order twice so one had to be canceled. But that was no fault of the seller. They were on the case to help me get that resolved. The plugin works well.
