When I first started developing on the Wordpress Platform, I was often thinking "Man i wish they had a plugin for this reason, or that". But to be honest, the need was too niche for a company to develop and invest time into making them. 

Then I learned how to develop my own plugins. And after a couple years, I finally have enough confidence to be able to develop plugins to meet custom needs, quickly and efficiently.
