Please refund and revert site, seller changed the design and made the site slower than originally. They said they would backup the site prior to making changes then when I requested the changes be reverted since they broke the site they said they would back it up in a few hours then waited days and stopped answering. the site is still missing many elements I did not authorize removal of. Please have the site reverted to the original backup.
Seller's Response:This is not true.Here are real facts : website speed was 46% and now it's 91% (test:https://gtmetrix.com/reports/nyceventpro.com/5DKcHZbU ) & after the completion of the order she deleted a plugin mistakenly herself and then she wanted backup restored and now on restoring, she wants new extra edits.
Seller's Response:The project was just as described, and site speed was increased. However, I should have read more carefully on which site speed test. Ultimately I wanted a google site speed test. When comparing GTmetrix my site was 85%, but google page speed was only 35 on mobile.
