Any CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal can only be restored as a static site. (Which will still look the same and beautiful but you will have to edit .html files directly)

For $5: You will receive the sites you ordered in the form of HTML files + images in a ZIP archive.  Please provide Cpanel hosting access an i will upload the files for you. 

Disclaimer: Some images, scripts, and pages don't always have everything archived but the majority of the time everything will look exactly the same.
